The Angel Film Awards - Monaco International Film Festival 2009 is delighted to announce the introduction of non-violent Shorts and Features, including 2D and CGI Animation from across the globe. They have a goal to drive and raise the level and quality of Animation and Film. They are determined to support Animation at the Angel Film Awards and they intend to move forward in their pursuit for excellence in this exciting artistic medium.

The Angel Film Awards - Monaco International Film Festival its 7th anniversary ART HOUSE FILM FESTIVAL will be filmed for television and seen by millions of spectators by one of the largest TV station based in Germany/Europe RTL TV.
aired on prime time 20:15h following a week after the festival.
The usual press core attendance of > French media, Italian media, a UK filming team & UK media.
